What you send us when you ask for a quote or place a purchase request, what we do with it, and how to get it back.

Mr Trading LLC is a New York-based consumer electronics distributor. This page explains what we do with anything you send us through this website — quote requests, purchase requests, and messages to our sales and support forms.
When you use a Buy or Request quote button, or the Sales and Support forms, you choose what to tell us. Typically that is:
Only to do the job you asked for: work out a price, confirm terms, arrange payment and delivery, keep order records, and reply to your message. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for.
Only the parties needed to complete your order, and only the details they need:
The Buy and Request quote buttons send a request, not a payment. Nothing is charged on the website today. Payment happens later, by invoice, on the terms we agree with you in writing.
This site does not place advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data about a visit — IP address, browser type, pages requested — to keep the site running and secure.
While your quote or order is live, and afterwards as long as our business records require it. If the thread goes cold, we delete your details on request unless we're required to keep them.
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email us from the address you used and we'll answer within 30 days.
We keep access to customer data limited to the people who need it and use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No method of transmission over email or the internet is completely secure, so we can't promise absolute security.
This site is for business purchasing. It is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We may update this page as our systems or obligations change. The date at the top of the page is when it last changed.
Write to us and a person will answer — no ticket queue.
